2. Booking & Appointments

All consultations and services may require prior appointment.

Booking confirmation is subject to availability and verification.

Appointments missed without prior notice may be forfeited.

3. Payments & Fees

All prices are quoted in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless stated otherwise.

Payments must be completed as required to confirm services.

Some payments may require up to 24 hours for verification before processing.

Fees paid for consultations and services may be non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

4. Visa Assistance Disclaimer

We do not guarantee visa approval.

Visa decisions are solely made by embassies or consulates.

Clients are responsible for providing complete, accurate, and truthful documents.

Any visa fees, embassy fees, or third-party charges are non-refundable.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate personal and travel information

Ensure passport validity and compliance with destination requirements

Review all travel documents upon receipt

We are not liable for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.

6. Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

Changes or cancellations are subject to supplier rules (airlines, hotels, embassies, etc.).

Refunds, if applicable, depend on third-party policies and processing timelines.

Service fees may be non-refundable even if a booking is canceled.

7. Limitation of Liability

D' World R Us Travel & Tours shall not be liable for:

Flight delays, cancellations, or overbooking

Loss of documents, baggage, or personal belongings

Accidents, illnesses, natural disasters, or government actions

Acts or omissions of third-party providers

Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for our service fees only.

8. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for the actions, services, or policies of airlines, hotels, embassies, transport providers, or tour operators.
