We specialize in processing TOURIST VISA for various countries, including but not limited to:

What are the general requirements for visa applications?

While specific requirements vary by country, common requirements include:

• Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond intended stay)

• Completed visa application form

• Passport-sized photographs

• Proof of financial capacity (e.g., bank statements)

• Travel itinerary and flight reservations

• Hotel bookings or accommodation details

• Employment or business documents

• Travel insurance (especially for Schengen visas)

Additional documents may be required depending on the destination country’s embassy or consulate.

How long does visa processing take?

Processing times may vary by country and depends upon the embassy but we recommend that application must be made at least three (3) months prior to travel date.

• South Korea: Minimum of 15 working days

• Japan: Minimum of 10 working days

• China: Minimum of 10 working days

• Schengen countries: Minimum of 15 working days

• USA: Minimum of 2 weeks after interview

• Canada: Minimum of 1 month or more

• Australia: Minimum of 30 working days or more

Is visa approval guaranteed?

No. Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassies or consulates. We assist in preparing and submitting your application to enhance your chances but cannot guarantee approval.

What is your refund policy?

All payments made for visa assistance services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application. This policy covers visa fees, consultation fees, processing fees, and any other related charges. Kindly read the visa assistance agreement for further details.

Do you offer consultation services?

Yes. We provide visa consultation services to assess your eligibility and guide you through the application process. A consultation fee of 500 per person is required.
